Change of mind

If you change your mind about the product(s) you have purchased from us, we will exchange the product(s) within 14 days of you receiving your product(s), with proof of purchase. 

Exchanged items must be in original condition.

The purchaser bears all shipping costs relating to the exchange. 


In addition to your Australian Consumer Law protections, we offer a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase, available to the original purchaser of product only. 

This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects. This warranty does not cover general wear, tear or damage caused by general use.

Please let us know how your purchase is faulty or has sustained major damage and include proof of purchase and photos of the product(s). 

If your refund request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

The original shipping costs to you will not be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
